While any mineral powder product can be used as an eyeliner, these are a few of our favorites.
Mineral Eye Liners can be applied wet or dry. For wet application, dip your liner brush in water, pick up a small amount of color and make a paste using the lid of your jar to "work" the product.
Use a small fine tipped brush to apply.
