Natural Recipes for Skin
Provided by
QuintEssentials Skincare

What are the Ingredients in our Natural Recipes?
QuintEssentials Skincare contains natural "fruit" acid
exfoliants; that include the five most beneficial, scientifically
proven, fruit
acids (glycolic, malic, lactic, tartaric, citric) that you can
use for skin care.
Alpha hydroxy
acids are very familiar to all of us:
- Lactic acid is found
in milk
- Citric acid is found in oranges and lemons.
- Malic Acid is found in apples.
- Tartaric acid is found in grapes and fermented
fruits.
- Glycolic acid is extracted from sugar cane.
Many scientist and dermatologist have discovered that a mixture of certain
natural ingredients help slow down the aging process of the skin.
QuintEssentials Skincare System is an example of how "all" alpha & beta
hydroxy skin care products should work: In normal, healthy complexions,
fresh, new skin cells are born at the bottom of the epidermis and travel
to the skin's surface in about 2 1/2 weeks. As they travel, these "new" cells
force the surfaced dead cells to flake off. The result is a smoother, healthier,
younger looking complexion.
As we age, or if we have dry, acne prone or
very oily skin, this process slows down and the dry, dull, dead cells
form a tough outer crust. Fine lines deepen, skin tones become uneven,
and in the case of acne and oily skin, the oils become trapped, causing
pimples, blemishes and clogged pores!
The alpha-hydroxy family of acids, (glycolic, malic, citric, tartaric,
and lactic) like those contained in QuintEssentials Skincare, help free
the dying and dead cells by dissolving the sticky sebum that binds them.
Glycolic acid, from the very heart of raw sugar cane, has the smallest
molecule and penetrates deepest into the skin where it encourages a new
growth of cells to come forward. Malic acid, (found abundantly in over
6000 varieties of apples) has a larger molecule structure. It does its'
work by sitting just under the surface skin. There, aided by lactic acid
and the larger molecules of tartaric and citric acids, it clears the way
for the final exfoliation process. This process is accomplished by beta
hydroxys (salicylic acid, willow bark). When the fresh, healthy cells surface,
they improve the skins ability to retain moisture. THE RESULTS: A COMPLEXION
THAT FEELS, ACTS AND LOOKS HEALTHY, SMOOTHER, YOUNGER!
Our product philosophy is very simple; we create high quality products
using synergistic blends of premium, natural ingredients. Each formulation
uses a unique blend of vitamins, antioxidants, nutrients and AHA's that
interact and work together to deliver visible results. We believe these
truly are the best natural recipes for skin care that provide results that
are both healthy and beautiful.
Having no filler ingredients also means that a very little amount of product
will go a very long way. With most of our products, you will need only
a pea size amount for them to work effectively.
Our products are earth-friendly and cruelty-free. We do not test our products
on animals. And, of course, QuintEssentials does not contain or use any
animal products or animal by-products in our formulas.
Most importantly, our products are designed to be truly beneficial to
your skin. They help repair and restore your skin to a state of optimum
health, providing you with lasting results.
While the days are long past
when ladies, out of necessity, made their own natural
skin creams, soaps,
shampoos and cosmetics, we still use those same natural fruits, oils, herbs,
waxes, and healing agents derived from Mother Nature's garden of plants
and minerals. That's why we refer to our natural recipes for skin care when
formulating our skin care products. When
you read our products ingredient list, you will find high quality, effective, natural
ingredients,
that you demand from the products you use.
*MeLange packages their products by volume. This means that the amount
of product packaged is based on the size of the jar or bottle not the weight
of the product. This means that you will receive full bottles and jars
every time. |
